Welcome to New Hall Surgery

If you are a new patient we would like to welcome you to the practice. If you are already registered with us we hope that this website will help you to make the best use of our facilities.

We aim to provide high quality medical care, encourage good health and prevent disease and help you to make decisions about your own health. Please let us know as soon as possible of any changes to your name, address and telephone number.

If you move outside the practice area, it will be necessary to register with another doctor.

Our office is open Monday - Friday 8.30 - 6.00pm

Disabled Access

The surgery has good disabled access and is suitable for disabled patients. There are reserved car parking spaces for the disabled at the front entrance to the surgery. Wheelchair access to the building is via a ramp near the front entrance. Patient services are provided at ground floor level. However, a lift is provided to access the first floor if this is necessary. A disabled patients’ WC is provided near the reception area. A wheelchair is available for the convenience of our patients and we have a hearing loop fitted at the front reception desk. If access does prove difficult to any of our disabled patients, we would be happy to consider any suggestions for improvement.
