AS AT 16/04/14 THIS WEBSITE IS NO LONGER IN USE AND WILL NOT BE MAINTAINED

New Hall Surgery has developed a new practice website which can be found at http://www.newhallsurgeryhull.nhs.uk/index.html

The new website is now live and we will no longer be maintaining this site.

We hope the new website will give our patients lots more useful information and help you manage you and your family's health. If you have any suggestions of what you would like to see on the new website please drop off your suggestions at reception. Thank you!

Would you like to receive a text reminder for your appointment with a nurse?  Please complete a short form when you are next in the surgery, giving us your permission and check that we have your correct mobile number!  Thank you
