106 APPOINTMENTS WERE LOST DUE TO PATIENTS NOT ATTENDING PRE-BOOKED APPOINTMENTS WITH A NURSE IN AUGUST 2010. THIS EQUATES TO OVER 26 HOURS OF NURSING TIME LOST IN ONE MONTH!
