New Hall Surgery encourages feedback from its patients. We are happy to receive suggestions, compliments and complaints. We use all these as learning exercises to ensure that we are providing you with the very best services we can.
Suggestions are reviewed and where possible are put into place. Compliments are fed back to doctors and staff and complaints are answered in line with the NHS Complaints Process and reviewed to improve the way in which we work.
