As a practice, we are constantly looking for patient feedback. Of course we like to hear about things you are happy with, but it is also vitally important that you tell us when we are doing things wrong, or you are not happy with us. We have a folder on the reception desk to allow you to give compliments or make suggestions. We also have a complaints procedure if you wish to talk to us about a problem. Please ask at reception if you need assistance with any of this.
We would also like to know what you think of the website! It has just had a 'make-over' and we hope that it is easy to use and helpful to our patients. Please let us know what you think and suggestions for improvements will be discussed with the practice doctors and may be incorporated into the website.
